Orders
Orders can be accepted on-line through the shop, or by telephone with valid payment (see payment terms below). Every effort will be made to dispatch orders within a few days or sooner but please allow up to 7 days maximum unless otherwise agreed.
There may be periods when the shop is closed to orders for example during holiday periods, or out of event periods, these periods will be advertised on the shop in advance.
Tickets are non refundable or transferable.
Payment
Internet: Orders placed on-line are sent to Roaming Robots via an encrypted system to safeguard the purchasers personal details. For further information relating to site security, please contact john@roamingrobots.co.uk
All ticket sales will be subject to a £2.00 Transaction charge.
Orders placed by telephone must include credit / debit card details. You are welcome to leave a telephone message if we are unable to take your call personally, and we will call you back.
While using this shop, Payment will be taken from the card once you confirm your order during the checkout process. Your item will be dispatched normally within a few days. Orders taken after 3 days before an event, your tickets will not be sent, and you will be able to collect them on the door at the venue, please bring a copy of your order number.
Cancellations
Tickets will be refunded in the event of a cancellation, ( not postponement ) of an event by Roaming Robots.

In respect of this on-line shop, Roaming Robots own the Copyright. No copying in any form in part or whole of the shop is permissible unless otherwise granted by Roaming Robots in writing.
